Counselling for adults – online & in person
Counselling, without the performance
Real conversations. Clear boundaries. A steady place to think.
I offer professional counselling and psychotherapy for adults seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. Therapy provides a confidential, containing space to explore what may feel difficult to face alone — supporting meaningful and lasting psychological change rather than short-term symptom relief.

My work is shaped by professional training and lived experience.
I’m comfortable with complexity and strong emotions, and I work in a grounded, straightforward way.
Alongside private practice, I work within complex clinical environments where I support individuals presenting with entrenched patterns, emotional distress, and relational difficulty. This experience enables me to remain steady and psychologically attentive when working with material that may feel overwhelming, confusing, or long-standing.
I work at a pace that feels manageable. We talk honestly about what’s going on now, and — where it matters — where it comes from.

Taking the step to begin therapy can feel significant. If you are considering working together, you are welcome to get in touch to arrange an initial conversation where we can think about what has brought you to therapy and whether I am the right therapist for you.
